Type A: This glove box is specifically for protection against radiation, isolation operation or dust-proof operation, and no transition box.

Type B: As an anaerobic glove box, the transition room can be vacuumed but not vacuum in the main box, and the glove box could be replaced by inert gas.

Type C: The main box and transition box can be vacuumed and replaced by inert gas, limit vacuum degree can reach -0.1mpa.

How to select the model and problems in selection

1.The dimension selected for laboratory using.

Answer：It can select the MT012.MT011.MT010.or MT001 for laboratory using.

These four glove boxes can meet the requirements of most customers

2. Equipment selection inside the glove box

Answer: If you want to put the balance inside, you can select MT011.MT001.The left round door dimension is 350mm for these two glove boxes.

3. Price/performance ratio selection

Answer: To be cost-effective, please choose MT012 and MT011 and MT010

4. The content range of water and oxygen(O₂ &H₂O)

Answer: Water molecular content is about 10% after type B is replaced by inert gas.After type C vacuumed, the water molecule content is about 1%-5% (about 100-300ppm).

5. Vacuum pump selection

Answer: We suggest to select the 4L to 6L and above model.If the operation box is 1000mm and above model,we suggest to select 6L. If the voltage is 380V in the laboratory,we could choose 8L model.

6. Adding the electric furnace in the operation box,what we should pay attention to.

Answer: It can be slightly higher for the local temperature of the electric furnace surface.But the overall temperature should not exceed 50 degrees.

7. Wanted to use organic solvents inside.

Answer: It will cause a certain loss for organic material during of operation because acrylic is an organic material by itself, so it is not recommended to use.

8. Is it suitable for disassemble of lithium battery?

Answer: we don’t suggest to use the acrylic glove box because of electrolyte in the lithium battery and corrosively. We have another stainless steel glove box or circulatory system glove box for your selection.

9. What the difference between type A and type B and type C.

Answer:

Type-A: It can only do simple experiments,isolation, no transition box,the material thickness is 10mm.

Type-B: It has a transition box than type-a,and the material can be transmitted from the transition box during the experiment.The transition box can pump vacuum and the vacuum degree up to -0.1mpa, The material thickness is 10mm.

Type-C: Both of operation box and transition box can be pumped vacuum and than inject high purity gas after vacuum.The internal water and oxygen content is greatly reduced and the material thickness is 20mm.

10. For Type-C,How about the MT002-005 what I have selected?

Answer: The operation box dimension of those models is 1200mm and it is so large.the material thickness is 40mm.The original manufacturer has been unable to supply this material thickness in these years.We only can use the import material 30mm at present and the vacuum of the operation box cannot guarantee -0.1mpa.So,It is recommended that other models be selected. If you want to the large space,we can suggest to select the MT001-C(the dimension is 1094*645*640). This is very stable.

11. My demand is that I'm going to add a spin coater and vacuum inside.What can I choose?

Answer: If you add the spin coater,there must be a separate vacuum opening.It need to add the separate vacuum pumping valve to control.

This requirement must communicate well with our sales manager. We will make it according to the number of valves you increase (additional charge).

12. Can it make the square door?

Answer: Yes,it can.But we don’t suggest the square door. Two main reasons as bellow:

1. The sealing of square doors is not as good as that of round doors,and your maintenance cost will be high later.

2. The cost of making square doors is higher.There will be an increase in the price of finished goods.If you really need a square door,accounting cost according to your demand.

13. What is the difference between your glove box and others?

Answer: We are the earliest manufacturer for Acrylic glove box at china.This device is developed and manufactured by our company and obtaining patent protection in 2015.At present, what other manufacturers make in the market are some splicing, that is to say, all the boards and boards are glued together by glue.

But you can see our glove box that integral molding 70%.This is impossible for other manufacturer at present.And our raw material are directly supplied by Japan Mitsubishi Corporation,that have very high transmittance.Currently in the market some of the materials which formaldehyde is very high and great damage to human body. 14. What is the difference between china advertising material and imported raw material?

Answer:

1. Whether pass the formaldehyde test.Our products you can spot check his formaldehyde content at any time, belong to the products that meet the medical standard.

2. The product using years.Advertising material is generally used in outdoor lighting, generally no requirements for the transmittance. It turns yellow in about a year and can not see the internal operation.

15. What is the material of your gloves? What is the dimension? What is the warranty of your glove box?

Answer: At present, we normally used the latex glove to meet the and the domestic demand. The dimension are as follows:

145*600mm( thicker and shorter) which used in the box under 1 meter & 146*800mm(thinner and longer) which used in the box above 1 meter. The glove is easy broken by a sharp touch,So the gloves without warranty. Our glove box is one year warranty.

16. What do we pay attention to when using the glove box

Answer: Type-a and type-b glove boxes are relatively easy.They can be replaced directly with inert gas to achieve the environment you want.

When the type-C glove box is working,must obey a rule that it should be vacuum pumped for the gloves first because there is air inside the glove.The gloves will be exploded if the operation box vacuum pumped first.

When the operation box is vacuum pumped, the transition box should not be the positive pressure but the negative pressure. If the operation box is the negative pressure, the transition not isn’t the negative pressure, it will break the door between the transition box and the operation box.

17. Is it possible to add a hygrometer inside?

Answer: At present, the average hygrometer can only know a approximate data in the market, when the humidity is below 20% in the box, the hygrometer can not be correctly worked. The humidity is less than 5% after vacuum pumped and inert gas filling in the type-c glove box, the hygrometer may still to display 20% at this point .Will be misunderstood for experiments. If you need to know the exact humidity inside, we recommend adding a professional hygrometer called Dew Point Meter.
